When you choose Insurance Protection from SunCom, the investment you've made in your wireless phone is protected. If your phone is ever lost, stolen or damaged, you're covered. Terms and limits apply.

What's covered? Loss, theft and damage of wireless device.
How much will be added to my monthly bill? $5.00 per line. The covered wireless device must have a valid IMEI or ESN registered and active with SunCom at the time of the loss, theft or damage.
How long is the approval process? Typically you can pick up your replacement device at a SunCom store on the same day that your claim is approved.
What type of replacement phone will I receive? Your replacement phone will be new or reconditioned and of like kind and quality as your original. Reconditioned phones may have minor cosmetic flaws.
What are the claim limits? You are limited to two claims in any 12-month period per line.
How do I file a claim? Call eSecuritel's customer care center toll free at 888-399-5296. Claims may be filed seven days per week from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm EST. You must be the account holder and report the claim within 60 days of the loss, theft or damage.
What is the limit per claim? $500 inclusive of $100 for accessories.
What is the deductible? Your deductible will be based on the make and model of the equipment for which you make a claim and will fall into one of five categories: $50, $75, $100, $125 or $150. Please consult the deductible schedule for device-specific information.
What about my SIM card? A new SIM card will be provided to you as part of your replacement equipment for lost or stolen phones or when the SIM is damaged such that it is unusable.
