- Not all customers are eligible to participate in this program, eligibility is based upon usage. Business customers do not qualify for this program. Call 1-800-SUN-SERV or visit your local SunCom store to see if you qualify.
- Customers accrue $5 in their phone bank every 30 days of tenure that the account stays in good standing.
- Suspended accounts will not continue to accrue credits or be eligible to use their phone bank until the account is reinstated.
- Past due accounts will not be eligible to use their phone bank until their account is brought up to date. However, they will still continue to accrue credits.
- Customers who deactivate their service or have their service canceled will lose their accumulated phone bank balance.
- You may use your phone bank at any time and any redemption of dollars will be applied to the SunCom retail price of the phone.
- Existing balances in your phone bank may not be used toward a new activation. Phone bank balances may only be used for the mobile number that accrued the balance.
- Upon satisfying 21 months of tenure since your last discounted equipment purchase, you may participate in promotional pricing for a phone even if the promotion provides a greater discount than what is available in your bank, as long as you sign up for a new two-year contract.
- If you receive a promotional discount, on your new phone, greater than the balance in your phone bank it will be reduced to $0. Then you will begin to accrue $5 per month in your phone bank.
- If you choose not to use all of the accrued money in your bank, you will retain the remaining balance and resume accruing $5 per month.
- This policy is only available to post-paid subscribers and cannot be used on SunCom Month-to-Month, SunCom Pay-in-Advance, SunCom True Reward or SunCom GoodCall plans. If you migrate from one of these plans to a post-paid plan, you will begin to accrue $5 a month once you are activated on a post-paid plan. Standard migration rules apply.
- Existing customers will start with $5 in their phone bank for each month of tenure since their last discounted phone purchase, up to $120.
